FROM A LADY IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD...SHE DIDN'T KNOW WHAT COLOR THEY WOULD BE. SHE
HAD ADMIRED THIS LADY'S YARD FOR YEARS WHEN SHE WOULD DRIVE BY ON HER WAY
TO WORK. SHE KNEW THE LADY HAD BEAUTIFUL DIFFERENT COLORS OF POPPIES,
SO SHE STOPPED ONE DAY AND ASK IF SHE COULD HAVE SOME SEEDS AND SHE
GAVE MOTHER SOME.
MOTHER'S POPPY SEEDS DID NOT COME UP...WE ARE GOING TO HAVE 6-8 BLOOMS
PROBABLY. WE DIDN'T KNOW IF THEY WOULD BE DOUBLE OR SINGLE.
THE BLOOM IS SINGLE AND IT HAS A DEEP PURPLE THROAT WITH VERY, VERY
PALE LAVENDER PETALS...I WISH OUR CAMERA COULD SHOW YOU HOW VERY
BEAUTIFUL THE FLOWER IS.
THE REST OF THE FLOWERS GROWING IN THERE ARE LITTLE ORANGE COLORED
FLOWERS THAT LOOK TO BE A CROSS BETWEEN A MARIGOLD AND A DAISY. THE

My Dear Precious Sister, Amen and Amen. Our prayers have been answered and we will continue to pray to get Amy back on her feet and get her counts back where they should be. This has been such a wonderful day. I loved, loved, loved this post. I feel like I walked around the house, and down the sidewalk, through the gate and into the backyard. I can see each of the flowers in the place they should be. I love visiting your garden. Thank you so much for sharing. It makes me feel like I was there with you. Having tea and taking a stroll around the yard. Pics were excellent. Please have a wonderful day. "Country hugs" from your Sis at Country Wings in Phoenix, Sherry

Debbie - Wow and PRAISE GOD! What an awesome blessing and miracle from the Lord. Very timely reminder of God's majesty and power and His inability to change. He is an awesome God. Love you and thanking Him and rejoicing with Him for you all especially Amy. And believing for Leila and all those who are walking through cancer, financial distress and hard seasons.
ReplyDeleteLove you.

Wonderful and inspiring post. I pray everything continues to go well for Amy. My mom was diagnosed with lung cancer and given 12-14 months to live with chemo & radiation treatments. She also had the majority of her right lung removed. That was 7 or 8 years ago and she continues to be cancer free. I do believe in miracles. Thank you for sharing this post.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Elizabeth

Praise His Holy Name! Jesus is soooo grand isn't He. I read this quote today.. can't remember where right now cuz I'd give them the credit.. but here it is:
ReplyDeleteWhen I place the cross before me, it blocks my vision from the unfolding of events that lie ahead of me. It covers them all and shadows me with a sacred perspective that shouts victory and triumph at every turn.
When I read your glorious news it was the first thing that popped in my head.
To Him All The Glory..and in His Shadow Shall Be Victory at Every Turn.
Hugs,
Debbie
